The more we understand our bigger goals and how they fit with what’s important to us, the more likely we are to be both successful and fulfilled.  Coaching creates a safe space for people to explore what this truly means for them.  As a coach, I use a calm approach and challenge to expand the thinking of my clients as they leverage their strengths to move forward in their areas of growth.

Before you commit, we would have a Chemistry Meeting so that you can check that you would be comfortable working with me.  A typical coaching engagement would then start with a ‘Getting To Know You, Contracting & Objective Setting’ meeting of up to 2 hours.  From there most people find that they can get good work done in six 1 hour coaching sessions, plus a mid-point review and final wrap up meeting – an overall commitment of about 10 hours.  However, the exact pattern can vary depending on the client’s needs.

Coaching can be conducted in person, by phone or using technology such as Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or WhatsApp to suit the individual situation.
